Pennyweights ships to U.S. addresses only. Orders received after 3:30 will be processed the following day. Most items will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order except on Mondays, Sundays, or Holidays. In the event items are out of stock, Pennyweights will email you and you will not be billed. Partially in-stock orders will not ship without your approval.

If items are returned to us by the shipper due to incorrect shipping information the purchase value of shipments minus shipping costs will be recredited to your credit card and you will be notified via email. Please be sure the shipping information is correct before commiting to the shipment as we cannot be held responsible for errors or ambiguity in shipping addresses.
